"Matthew showed me the best and encouraged me to go for it."

With his high energy and enthusiasm, Matthew Moody inspires and excites people about life's many possibilities. Combining a strong entrepreneurial spirit with skilled networking abilities, Matt brings people and elements together, using a honed vision and keen eye for life design to produce options others might have never considered.
Matt's positive approach to problem solving and negotiating creates win-win solutions and quick action. He holds multiple state real estate brokers licenses, has professional relationships with many community leaders and loves developing connections and relationships.

Matthew co-owns The Ave. Real Estate, a real estate and global referral brokerage based in New Mexico.  His passion for health and fitness led him to becoming a manager with Orenda International, the leading edge anti aging, immune science natural biotechnology wellness company.
A confirmed lifelong learner, believer and designer, Matthew is a highly principled leader passionate about giving back to the communities he loves. For more than 30 years, he's made his home in the greater Santa Fe and Albuquerque areas.

He also splits his time between New Mexico and Colorado, the state of his birth, with his family and friends.  You can frequently find him in Pagosa Springs, Montezuma, the greater Denver area, Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Cochiti.

Matthew is on the Board of Directors of One World Peace Foundation and just was honored with a seat on the Board of Trustees of the High Desert Center for Spiritual Living.   This astute businessman put his certificate in nonprofit administration from the University of New Mexico's acclaimed Anderson School of Business to work. He's also applied his Emergency Certification from the acclaimed Anderson School of Medicine to his community.  As a firefighter and emergency medical technician, Matt enjoyed making a civic contribution. Other community involvement has been through Heartbridge, a nonprofit organization Matthew founded to provide education and self-esteem for people who have suffered hair loss and injuries due to surgeries, stress and illness.

When he's not working, Matthew pursues his passion for art, education, yoga, vegetarian food, working out (P90X), road trips, cycling, quiet meditation time, Tai Chi, home restoration and staging design projects, and tending Casa de Tres Lunas, the beloved boutique inn off the plaza in historical downtown Santa Fe.

“If this is what Divine Providence had planned for me as “retirement practice”, I am pleased. I plan on spending the next years of my life living and loving, and helping to run my business practices, and becoming the best Coach for others possible. I am grateful for the years I have had to serve and experience, and look forward to many more on all counts.” MJM 2012
